Applications, cases and cards
Use these official Alaska resources to manage your benefits. Your SNAP notices give the deadlines and documents for your own case.
Apply using the official link on this page. To renew, follow your agency’s notice and submit what it requests by the deadline. If you cannot find an online renewal option, call the state or local office.
Use your agency’s tracker if one is available. You can also check notices in your benefits account or call the office about an application, interview or missing documents.
Use the official EBT website or the phone number on your card to check your balance, report a lost or stolen card, and find out how to change your PIN. Some card providers let you lock your card; check which features yours offers.
Alaska's income rules and exceptions can differ from the general federal figures. Your agency decides whether you qualify.
